Mike and Brandy Childress, owners of Farm House Café, originally came from East Texas. The family previously owned and operated a diner with family and decided to venture out on their own. Their journey began when the couple traveled to Oklahoma for a week in hopes of finding the perfect affordable restaurant. With no luck, the couple stopped in at a convenience store for something to drink and to purchase a paper. With no restaurants listed, the couple did however run across an Atwood Sale.
