Wilburton Main Street, Inc. is hosting their third Cash Mob event on Saturday, July 15. The event will be held at Cole’s Olde Time General Store from 1 to 3 pm. Everyone who attends and spends at least $20 will be entered into a drawing to win $50 in Main Street Bucks and receive a free gift for coming out to be a part of the Cash Mob.
The idea behind a Cash Mob is to create an immediate economic stimulus for a small business by flooding it with customers who spend at least $20. Not only does a cash mob help local small businesses financially, but it helps create new customers, gets folks into the stores to see what’s available and brings the community together.
